So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might.
Colossians 1,10-11
The Growth Walk
Our Mission
After serving in ministry for more than 25 years in various roles—including pastoring local churches and holding senior leadership positions in Teen Challenge—we had a profound encounter with the Lord. This deepened our calling and provided a clear directive to inspire, strengthen, and equip churches and leaders both in the UK and internationally.
This journey has inspired us to travel extensively, equipping the broader church community and the people of God for effective ministry. We aim to serve and build up the Body of Christ, enabling and equipping it to grow strong in the Lord and his mission.
As we have embraced this new chapter, we've seen many respond to the word of God and surrender afresh to those words "Come follow me."
Jay Fallon
Jay has ministered extensively both in the UK and internationally with over 25 years of experience in ministry. He has also played multiple roles within Teen Challenge Ministries, including serving as the Executive Director for the UK.
In addition, he has been a member of the Global Teen Challenge Executive Council and has served as assistant and senior pastor in various churches. Jay's unique ministry is both challenging and inspiring, making him a frequently invited guest speaker at conferences both home and abroad.
He now heads up the growth walk ministry with his wife Fiona, travelling extensively with the message and a fresh call to follow the Lord.

The Growth Walk
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. Mathew 16, 24-25
